building not in the source tree throws 3 warnings #102

Describe the bug

Not really a bug. There are 3 warnings during compilation. However, this only happens when doing this: cargo +stable install agg --git https://github.com/asciinema/agg --tag v1.7.0
If I clone the repo and run cargo +stable build --release or clippy, there are no warnings.
Not sure what's going on.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. cargo +stable install agg --git https://github.com/asciinema/agg --tag v1.7.0
  2. See warnings:
