Fix font size issues in MPC-HC 1.7.1.308 to 1.7.6.23 lines

MPC-HC doesn't understand fractional numbers in \fs, so these lines were
shown with a slightly wrong font size. Further, the 1.7.1.308 line was
visible also in other versions: although small, it was perfectly legible
at high screen resolutions (because MPC-HC renders at display resolution),
and even at the video's native resolution, it was obvious that there was
*something* there, although it was illegible and looked just like dirt.
