Hi Matthew,

Thanks for your excellent CCD data reduction guide!

I’m working through the section on simulating flat-field images and came across a reference to a function called image_sim. However, I wasn’t able to find its definition in the guide, in Astropy, or online.

Could you please clarify where this function is defined, or provide its source?

@kakttyss -- do you have a suggestion as to where to put some prominent link to image_sim.py? I can think of a few places but your perspective as someone relatively new to it would be helpful.

The hyperlink to image_sim.py works when you view the guide on GitHub, but for some reason there's no link for it in the book on astropy.org. So it would be just perfect if the hyperlink worked on both sources
