Powerdns manifests needs more fixes for 16.04

• need to use powerdns repo to be able to install v4.1.... the version from default 16.04 repo is not working with mysql backend
• pdns.local.gmysql.conf need proper configuration to work with mysql backend
  eg.
  # gmysql backend
  launch=gmysql
  gmysql-host=localhost
  gmysql-port=3306
  gmysql-dbname=powerdns
  gmysql-user=powerdns
  gmysql-password=XXyyZZ112233
  gmysql-dnssec=yes
• the output of hostname command have to match expected nameserver name on masterdns machine
