ICTT Course: Add Native to ERC-20 Bridge Chapter

Add a chapter how a native Token (e.g. AVAX) can be bridged. You can start with the instructions in the Starter Kit, but they need a lot of work:

We will add the ERC-20 to Native and Native to Native Bridges to the L1 Tokenomics course. So no need to add them to the ICTT course
