Make E2E for convert command

• create a non sov blockchain and deploy a manager onto it

• convert it

• setup validator manager

• make some smart contract test

• convert alternatives for e2e

  • multisig/non multisig
  • with/without ledger

• standalone convert test for Validate convert txs #2641

  • check it asks for blockchain id/subnet id if sidecar info is empty
  • check it asks for confirmation for blockchain id, subnet id and full setup, if checks flags is let as is, and
    make no confirmation in the other case

• standalone transaction sign/commit test for convert tx

  • check it asks for confirmation
