Sometime since the 7.8 release, there has been a change in the Avalon CSS on the media item page, which has caused the media player to widen and the space for the tabs to narrow. This is undesirable, as we have longer textual content like transcripts displaying in these tabs.

We use Bootstrap columns for grid layout. At one point we changed split from 8:4 to 9:3, which is why the tabs are shrunk. Reversing that should fix it.
