Notion like floting menu

Hi guys, I'm trying to implement something similar to the official example (https://templates.tiptap.dev/ptmPJqjTWM). The idea is that instead of having the floating menu when you are in a new line, show two icons on hover, one icon to allow us to drag and drop and the other showing a menu with the option to add new content. What approach do you suggest?
