Support for psycopg v3 #316
Description
Looks like this bundles opentelemetry-instrumentation-psycopg2 == 0.48b0. Is there a way this can be updated to support psycopg v3 which is now known as psycopg and included in opentelemetry-instrumentation-psycopg
