401 - Add Secrets Manager to manage secrets

Please add Secrets Manager to demonstrate integration with pods like it is done for SSM Parameter Store.

In relation to the Worker IAM Policy to allow access to the Pod to Secrets Manager – should we attach the ‘SecretsManagerReadWrite’ IAM role to the worker role that is created for pods to call SecretsManager API from within the pod?
