I am using Chime JS SDK demo.
When I share video file, it shows only black screen in attendee's side.
Screen sharing works properly

I've just tried with the latest code from github, but it causes same black screen issue.

Have you tried to disable hardware acceleration? This is a known bug in Chrome as documented in #1059 and #1031
