Is it possible to use the pod identity agent in a non-EKS cluster? We're running Cluster API clusters using the AWS Cluster API provider and are trying to determine of pod identity would be able to work in a non-EKS cluster. Currently, it seems like forming a service account to IAM role association requires an EKS cluster of the specific name to exist.
