We have a list of things fixed for 6.2.0

• MAX_UPLOAD_SIZE: unlock update limit 50M to adjustable (need verify)
• fix container restart loop when sandboxed compiles var is null
• fix(oauth2): enforce owner-scoped PAT deletion
• fix LDAP import bug (need verify)
