while using this demo app we are getting an error
java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "na.bambora.com": No address associated

can you please guide me how to generate token while add credit card?

without merchant Id how is that possible?
if merchant Id used then where is that used?
and
while add credit card is mandatory field for address like postal code, street, city country etc?
