Add LLVM 20.1.0 (#469)

It was released [just
yesterday](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/releases/tag/llvmorg-20.1.0),
so not all binaries are available yet.

Happy to wait and update the PR when more artifacts are available if it
is too soon 😄
