We need to get some minor test framework up for the web app.

Following tasks:

  • Test the home page fetch
  • Test the admin page fetch
  • Add mock data from a SQL dump of years 2006-2008
  • Add sources endpoint tests
  • Add series endpoint tests
  • Add heartbeat endpoint tests
  • Add models tests (e.g. creating models and writing to the database)
  • Add ingestion tests for what's expected from elmr-admin.py
