Thai and Buddhist Year issue

I try to use Thai and Buddhist Year calendar but I can not change year (it show only current year for selecting as attached-image file ) and can not change to previous or next month (cannot swipe left or right and no action when I click < or > button.
But if I check en-US locale, it work perfectly.

I try both code from GitHub and created new project, result is the same.

What do I need to do t make Buddhist calendar work?
