The current README has gotten really cluttered with information. I'm going to both make it more concise and move a bunch of it to repo's GitHub wiki.

CS2 README has been reworked, it's a bit lengthy but it'll have to do until the move to Wikis.

Currenty looks like this issue will be waiting until #3 has been completed and the CS2 config has been fully completed (which is first dependant on CS2 fully launching).
