Move image information view to annotation tool

The image information view (reached through the "i" icon in the volume overview) displays some image metadata, laser point information and maybe the geo location of the image. All this information could also be displayed in a new "metadata" tab in the annotation tool. The tab must allow users to resubmit the laser point detection and view the geo location, too (and maybe other features of modules). Explore this idea and implement a prototype. If the idea works out, remove the image information view and replace it with the metadata tab.

There could also be a metadata tab for videos (but this is probably more difficult).
