Show a label popup for selected annotation candidates #84

The refine view for candidates should show a popup with the selected label of the candidate. This could be implemented in two ways:

Show the popup on mouse hover and next to the mouse, similar to the existing popups of the annotation tool.
Always show the popup similar to this visualization:

This new popup could also be made available in the image/video annotation tools, where it could be enabled with a settings switch.
