Back in 2019, when I was on stage at MageTestFest talking about PHPStan for static code analysis in your Magento projects, I did not imagine that this little tool I hacked together during the hackathon the day after the conference would generate > 1.6 million downloads in early 2025. If you have ever used the extension for your Magento module or Magento project, THANK YOU.
In the last years, especially the last few months, I realized that I can't support the project in the way it deserves. I still think this is an important extension for your Magento toolbox and sadly, I don't have the time to support it properly. Since I don't want to let the project die, I am looking for someone or a team willing to step up and help me maintain this tool.
Add more rules, e.g., add more rules detecting deprecated logic
Better document the rules and how to "fix" the issues found
If you want to support me to keep the extension alive and kicking, let me know in the comments. And no worries, I'll still be around and support you as best as I can.
