Hi Bitnami Support Team, May I ask if we provision Bitnami Redmine v6.0.2, is MariaDB version 11.4.4? Because the current issue we are encountering is also same MariaDB version for Bitnami version 5.1.4. Can you check please? |

Hi Bitnami Support Team, A little background on the issue that we are facing. Currently we are using Bitnami 5.1.0-0 running Apache 2.4.58 using MariaDB. So, we tried to install Bitnami 5.1.4 which has Apache 2.4.62. Please guide us on how we can migrate the MariaDB from Bitnami 5.1.0 to 5.1.4. Thank you! Regards, |
Hi Bitnami Support Team, We would like to follow up on our above clarification. Also, is it possible to migrate the MariaDB from Bitnami 5.1.0 to 5.1.4 without changing the root password? We would appreciate if we can get into a call to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you! Regards, |

Hi Bitnami Support,
We followed the above link to reset password. We couldn't reset the DB password.
We used default user name and password. Our VMS is hosted in AWS.
Bitnami version: 5.1.4-0
Thanks & Regards,
