I think job offerings that have a posting_type of internal require you to already be a city work, thus they serve no purpose.

I'd like to be able to filter job posting results from the API. Turns out we'd need internal postings in the case of a city worker who is already a union/city member could use internal job postings to find a new job.

It serves no purpose to us, but it might not be a bad idea to have it around where we can filter it in or out. Maybe out by default? Just a thought.
