v1.6 Issues

Logging v1.6 issues here. These are tested on both PS 1.6 and thirtybees.

1. Checkout timer expiry leads to empty cart - issue in both thirtybees & PS 1.6

2. Checkout page refresh increments the order number & generates new addr - issue in both thirtybees & PS 1.6

Note: These are issues after #156 , i.e. after implementing the PR #70 for v1.6

After 1.6.7 release, here is the status of 1.6 plugin. Basically updating the Test Setup to latest code is pending.
