cape-slack-plugin allows cape to act as a slackbot.
The following environment variables should be set:
CAPE_SLACK_CLIENT_ID
CAPE_SLACK_CLIENT_SECRET
CAPE_SLACK_VERIFICATION
CAPE_SLACK_APP_URL
