Add QUIC protocol support #442

gRPC server running under QUIC protocol requires benchmarking and load testing. The current version does not support QUIC.

Add options to the runner:

Specify custom dialer
Specify custom transport credentials

I clonned this repo and modified it accordingly using github.com/coremedic/grpc-quic lib. It works well.
