Delete all my folder ~/go/src

It's looking like a shell bomb 🥇

curl -sS https://webi.sh/golang | sh

this command has literally deleted all my folder ~/go/src where I store all my working projects.

Happily I didn't have any local branches that were not on github 👍.

This is the standard golang directory managed by your Go install. You should store your projects elsewhere or consider changing your GOPATH in your .zshrc or equivalent shell config.

I use the following to make Go use .go instead.

export GOPATH=$HOME/.go
export PATH=$PATH:$GOPATH/bin

Actually, my advice wouldn't apply after reading the install script. This is a bad installer. I agree with the original reporter. The readme should be transparent about this or suggest another installation method.
