Select a typography style scheme

@ericrobskyhuntley - totally up to you whether you'd like to do this or not; I'm happy to select a typography style scheme, but also wanted to give you the opportunity in case it would be a fun design prompt.

By default I usually use Adobe Fonts since we have a license, but we also do have some money to spend on this project so I would open to a custom license from an independent foundry. LMK whether you want to propose some options; if not, I'm happy to choose.
