Summary: Pipeline parameters can be related to choices made by a user.
Description:
It is the case when a user have to choice between processes to be run.
1st example is normalization choice in morphologist (spm, fsl, mi register)
2st example is for iteration purpose. For instance, in bioprocessing slices segmentation, we iterate over many slices (~100). The parameters depend on each slice so it generates a huge number of parameters.
Participants: single user
Datasets: NA
Data flow: NA
Security: NA
Workgroup(s): pipeline
