Allow to pick any icons as avatar for profile

On brave://settings/manageProfile user can select preinstalled avatars for the profie picture, would be usefull to let users to upload and pick their own images. I have few profiles and want to have there easily recognizable for me icons

@aguscruiz to confirm, does the solution you're referring to apply to general profile icons or is it specific to Sync?

It's for general profile icons but could also apply to sync. Meaning: You can choose your profile icon to be your avatar, and that could carry over to your sync account and viceversa.

There hasn't been a decision wether to actually allow for image uploads for sync accounts, so it might be a good starting point to just allow it for regular profiles

I would love for it to carry over in Sync as well! I have multiple profiles for home, work, etc. and each of them have their own sync chain. It would be awesome if I didn't have to configure custom icons for each profile on each of my machines.
