Description

The problem is described in #42013 but the in-progress #36986 would be a much, much more elegant solution. A toggle to set automatically opening tabs when clicking links to instead horizontally split the tab view would be really, really great. #32071 suggests the feature already exists on Android Brave but is unfortunately currently limited to tablets?
