[WelcomeUI] Clicking checkboxes on the metrics step doesn't seem to work #58458

Clicking directly on the checkboxes on the metrics step doesn't seem to toggle the checkbox.

Steps to reproduce

1. On the new welcome UI
2. Navigate to the metrics step
3. Click directly on the checkbox for the last item

Actual result

Checkbox is not toggled

Expected result

Checkbox should toggle
