App Lock Issue: PIN Lock Not Enforced When App is Running in Background

When I set a PIN for restricting the app's access it does not take effect until I close the app.
If the app runs in the background and I open it it does NOT require me to enter a PIN

@Nackoo2000 The default lock interval is 2 minutes. If your app isn’t locking immediately, check if "Lock Automatically" is set to "Immediately" in security settings.

If this default interval might be confusing for users, discuss with Roy to determine if adjustments are needed.
