This PR updates the
brioche-packer autopacksubcommand so that dependencies are always packed before dependents. This fixes a quirk where the same file could be included both in the "pre-packed" and "autopacked" forms when autopacking (which could both lead to extra space being used unnecessarily, but was also just incorrect)
