Only the most recent 100 entries in the activity log are retrieved

When checking for task completions, only the first page of results from the activity log API is used. So if too much activity happens between completing a task and running the rotator, the completion won't be picked up. The rotator should look at the count field of the response and call the API repeatedly (increasing the offset param) until it has retrieved that many entries.
