Issue reported by Jan Karlshøj:
The GrossWeight from Qto_BeamBaseQuantities should be of measure IfcMassMeasure, but the Audit reports the following error:

Error 103: Invalid dataType IFCMASSMEASURE (the only accepted value is IFCWEIGHTMEASURE) in the context of Ifc4x3

The IFCWEIGHTMEASURE is not even listed here: https://github.com/buildingSMART/IDS/blob/development/Documentation/ImplementersDocumentation/DataTypes.md
