Limitations in 4.1.4.1.4 Spatial Composition and 4.1.4.1.5 Spatial Decomposition need review

Under 4 Fundamental Concepts and assumptions 4.1.4 is not complete, needs more work

Table 4.1.4.1.4.B and Table 4.1.4.1.5.B
are used in Validation Service and need review.
Example: The services, ie water, electricity, telecom, etc... are part of the Road as they serve the road.

In my humble opinion: An IfcRoad should be able to contain one or several IfcFacilityPartCommon with the relevant services as part of the road facility.
