blockage corrections #19
Description
just noting here that blockage corrections may have to be added at some point to allow for higher solidity design accuracy. (noting that DFDC doesn't have those, but the esotec version does, but requires their blade lofting stuff).
Need to look into the first principles here and create our own correction factors if deemed necessary.
