Finalize Multi-rotor capabilities

Need to add multi-rotor tests throughout and update some of the initialization and post-processing functions to handle multiple rotors properly.
Also need to make some decisions about how post-processing is done with multiple rotors and how total values are evaluated.

This is mostly complete, but we really need a validation case in order to make sure things are actually correct.
