Rather than maintaining UI component in the same file as the app design, we want to migrate all components to the central Figma repo for Cal-ITP Benefits: Figma component library for Cal-ITP products

Acceptance criteria

This task is complete when right clicking all components in the Cal-ITP Administrator Figma file and choosing Main component > Go to main component takes the designer to the component library rather than a local component in the file.
