Research Question
Let's make a data product that shows on-time performance for all transit agencies with GTFS-RT.
As a transit agency with limited analytical resources but with a GTFS-RT system,
I would like to have the ability to analyze on-time performance without paying a ton for analytical modules,
So that I can improve my service.
How will this research be used?
Transit agencies can see where their service is late or early and then adjust their schedules accordingly.
Stakeholders & End-Users
Transit Agencies.
DDS is also a user so that we can showcase our abilities to deliver data products to the general public.
Metrics
- GTFS-RT Completeness metrics to show whether there was missing data
- Agency-wide On-Time Performance for last month
- Route-level On-Time Performance for last month
- Stop-level On-Time Performance for last month
