Goal
Standardize all observed ridership datasets into a consistent stop-level format suitable for modeling.
Scope includes:
- Normalize spatial granularity:
- Route–stop → stop-level aggregation
- Normalize temporal granularity:
- Daily / weekly / monthly → standardized average weekday / Saturday / Sunday
Deliverable:
Cleaned, agency-tagged stop-level observed ridership tables with documentation.
