Currently the quiz master can kick out all participants at the same time, but not individually.

The quiz master may want to kick out an individual participant if that particpant is Away or has connected more than once.

This could be done with a button next to the name of each participant in the participant lobby.

so that I can remove participants that no longer want to be part of the quiz or have joined twice in error
