UtilsMigrate::getMigratableList returns every DB, even those ending with 'SQLite'

I am curious as to whether this is intended logic or just a bug... currently getMigratableList will return every database under the given directory, even those that already have the SQLite suffix (and i would assume those would not require migrating.) for example
/databases
|--->example.db
|--->anotherSQLite.db

if the method was called with the above folder contents then 2 migratable databases would be returned; but isn't the only migratable database 'example.db'?

If this is not intended and indeed a bug then the method will need to be updated to filter out those databases that have the SQLite suffix already.

if it is intended then i believe the method name itself is misleading
