How to remove a subcommand from a built-in completor?

Specifically, I want to remove https://github.com/carapace-sh/carapace-bin/blob/master/completers/brew_completer/cmd/instal.go

I tried adding an overlay with hidden and it doesn't work:

Overlays work more in the way of adding completions and are a still bit limited.
There are a couple of reasons which prevent actual modifictions.

For carapace based completions i do now have a way for something like this.
But that is still needs some work and will take a while.

The brew command is a bit weird with a lot of aliases.
These are probably just to support mistyped commands, think we can just hide these by default in the built-in completer.

There are also a couple of commands meant to only be shown for developers.
Think the toggle for that is also still missing (hide by default unless activated).
