How to use action dispatchers in spec files

I'm trying to add a completion to python -m with an overlay.
In the python completer code, an action dispatcher is used which switches on the value of the flag.
I could not find any mention of action dispatchers in the spec docs (specifically here), is this supported?

Not yet, just the hardcoded one you see there.
Can be added dynamically though (pretty simple), just wasn't sure yet how I want to approach this exactly.
