Request: Public APIs for Reeve to Enable Easy Testing & Integration

To make it easier for builders on Cardano to use Reeve, it would help to have public APIs for testing and integration

Feature Request:

1. Add well-documented REST/gRPC APIs to:

   Anchor financial/reporting entries to Cardano

   Query anchored entries

   Verify proofs & audit logs

2. Share Swagger specs or Postman collections

if you want to spin it up there is a docker compose in Reeve-application.
I will add some more documentation about how to start it with a minimal setup. Additionally, we also have here a simple PostmanCollection.

I like the idea of sharing the swagger spec additionally for all components.

But besides that a public environment would help you? Or where just the information missing how to spin it up?

Just trying to be sure, that I'm improving in the right direction.

we’re building a platform that lets users create Cardano apps with Reeve integrated. For this, we need a public endpoint/portal where users can self-create an API key/token (per project) that they can use inside their apps. A hosted environment with key issuance would let builders test and integrate Reeve without running the full stack themselves
