Commit failed when I use it without add files before

In a older version, when I forgot to add the files that I want to commit, The error came with the "<commit_title>" and now it happens without the coutes like this <commit_title>. Can I have a setting to put the coutes again in this error?

For me it's helpful, because I just add the files, copy and paste that suggestion from error only
