Characters getting cut out #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running certain games like Melty Moment
2. Ext. Text output

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Many of the characters are missing, and sometimes the entire line is cut out
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8; ITH version 2.2
