Feature request: Adding Praxis and Leshak

Looks like CCP has sadly abandoned this project.

I have a more up to date version of ccpwgl that can load the Leshak and Praxis, but without animations. I'll see if I can get it up to a state others could use it.

It's not primaliry for me, we were thinking of using it with the eve workbench guys there. But if you have it somewhere I would probably try to add a 3d preview to abyss tracker :3

Almost there, just stuck on the automatic conversion of files required to make them work, there is a lot of manual hackery required right now which I'd rather not have to do.

Some features I haven't been able to figure out (like child effects, thus trigs have no balls) but they look close enough.
